All the distributed study material will be in English. Depending on the participants’ preferences the course itself will be given either in English or in Dutch.

You can cancel your course registration up until 10 days before the start of the course and receive a full refund.
In case the cancellation of registration is submitted between 10 and 5 days prior the course start, 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
If such request is submitted 5 days before the start of the course, no refund will be issued.

Required literature is included in the course price. Some of the course material will be distributed digitally.

At the end of each session homework assignments will  will be distributed digitally. We can not stress enough how important these assignments are
for understanding of DEMO methodology.

• DEMO4 professional course is suited for everyone with general knowledge of business and IT. Affinity with process and data modelling can definitely be helpful but is not a hard prerequisite.
• DEMO4 professional upgrade course is developed for people who hold one of the following
  diplomas/certificates:
  – DEMO2 professional
  – DEMO 3 bachelor
  – DEMO 3 master

• Demo 4 professional consists out of 4 sessions of 5-6 hours each. Sessions are spread throughout the 6 week period.
• With 2-3 sessions Demo 4 professional upgrade course is slightly shorter than the regular version of this course as participants have already prior knowledge of DEMO methodology.
